J U D G M E N T

Dated this the 23rd day of February, 2026 Petitioner applied for fixation of boundaries and demarcation of her property comprised in survey no.426/1 of Melthonnakkal Village. Exts.P4 and P6 survey notices were issued. However, notice in terms of Form-13 and Form-14 have not been issued, is the short grievance.

2. Learned Government Pleader would submit that notice in Form-13 has already been issued on 29.12.2025.

3. In the circumstances, the 2nd respondent/Tahsildar will stand directed to issue a copy of the notice in Form-13 issued on 29.12.2025 to the petitioner within a period of ten days from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent, for compliance.

The Writ Petition (Civil) will stand disposed of, as above.
