The accused persons involved in Crime No.168 of 2018 of Thiruvallam Police Station, filed this Crl.M.C under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying for quashing the FIR against them.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, submitted that, in this case, the police had already completed the investigation and filed a refer report as R.C No.866 of 2022 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Neyyattinkara. In the above circumstance, this Crl.M.C became infructuous and accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
