ORDER

The criminal miscellaneous case is filed to direct the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate -I, Muvattupuzha, (Trial Court), to consider and dispose of C.C.No.55/2026, which has originated from Crime No.1830/2025 registered by the Muvattupuzha Police Station, Ernakulam, expeditiously.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 10.02.2026 passed by this Court, by communication dated 19.02.2026, the Trial Court has informed this Court that the trial in the case can be completed within three months.

On a consideration of the facts and the materials on record, particularly the report of the learned Magistrate, I dispose of the Crl.M.C., by directing Trial Court to consider and dispose of C.C.No.55/2026, in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three months from the date of production of copy this order.
