ORDER
The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash Annexure A4 order passed by the Court of Session, Thodupuzha, in Crl. Appeal No. 131/2025 whereby the petitioner was directed to deposit 20% of the fine amount within sixty days.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to an interim order dated 21.11.2025 by this Court, the petitioner has deposited the fine amount within the extended time period.
Therefore, this Crl.M.C has ovetlived its purpose.
Recording the above submission, the Crl.M.C is closed.
