J U D G M E N T

The learned Government Pleader states that the direction in the judgment dated 04.07.2025 in W.P.(C) No.42673 of 2023 has been complied with pursuant to an order dated 21.02.2026. A copy of the aforementioned order has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner herein.

In the light of the above, the Contempt of Court Case would stand closed.
