JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court alleging non-compliance of the directions in Annexure A1 judgment.

2. The learned Government Pleader has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Additional Registering Authority, Ranni along with a Memo dated 10.02.2026.

In the light of the proceedings now issued, this contempt of Court case stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law in appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved.
