JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed seeking to quash Ext.P5 whereby a direction was issued to the petitioners to settle the dues with the bank and return the title deed to the 5th respondent, failing which appropriate proceedings will be initiated against them.

2. The learned counsel for the 5th respondent would submit that the loan account has already been closed and that she has received the title deeds.

In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in this writ petition and is accordingly closed, making it clear that no further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P5 shall be initiated against the petitioners.
