Petitioner has already completed his first year of study in M.A. Psychology. In the meantime, petitioner submitted Exhibit-P6 representation before the third respondent seeking a clarification as to whether his qualification is an eligible criteria for M.A. Clinical Psychology conducted by IGNOU. Though the request was submitted on 25.07.2025, till date, no reply has been received. 2. According to the petitioner, though the entry requirement for M.A. Clinical Psychology was B.A/B.SC degree in Psychology from a University recognised by the UGC with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate, a doubt has arisen as to whether the B.Tech Degree possessed by him would satisfy the minimum entry requirement. Petitioner claims that he has also passed the first year of Master’s programme with more than 55% marks, which also satisfiies the criteria of entry requirement.
