JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire liability due to the 2^nd respondent has been cleared by the petitioner. The said submission is endorsed by the learned counsel for the 2^nd respondent. It was also submitted by the learned counsel for the 2^nd respondent that the account of the petitioner has been closed pursuant to the payment. In view of the above nothing further survives for consideration and the respondents cannot proceed with the revenue recovery against the petitioner.

Hence, this writ petition is closed.
