This Contempt case is filed by the petitioner as against the respondents for willful disobedience of the judgment passed by this court in WP(C) No.23051/2024 dated
29.05.2025.
2. The learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that a memo has been filed along with the PPO issued by the respondents as per the direction of this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the contempt case may be closed by granting liberty to approach the Court whenever the need arises.
4. The said submission and the document produced by the learned Central Government Counsel are placed on record.
In view of the compliance of the order of this Court, at present, the contempt case is closed by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the court whenever need arises.
