JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with following prayers:
(i) to call for the records relating to Exhibits -P1 to P12 and to:
(ii) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or other appropriate writ, direction or order quashing Exhibit - P4 notice issued by 3rd respondent to the petitioner. ii] Issue a Writ of Mandamus, or other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 1st respondent to dispose Exhibit-P3 on merit and issue license to the petitioner to conduct business in the category of accommodation in the area covered by Building Nos. XX/696 to XX/698 and XX/703 to XX/706 after considering the application for license submitted by the petitioner.
iii) Grant such other reliefs deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.
iv) This Hon’ble Court may pleased to dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents.” [sic]
2. The impugned order is Ext.P4. Admittedly, it is an appealable order. I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The petitioner submitted that he wants to file an appeal and a breathing time may be given. To facilitate the petitioner to file an appeal, further coercive steps based on Ext.P4 shall be kept in abeyanbce for a period of two weeks.
