When the matter was taken up, Sri. S. Subhash Chand, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner in this writ petition has unfortunately passed away.

2. The learned counsel submitted that in that view of the matter, no purpose would be served in pursuing the prayer sought in this Writ Petition which is one for extension of period of the Temple Advisory Committee.

In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is closed.
