This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-arrest bail.
Sri.K.A.Noushad, the learned Senior Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is over and the final report has been filed. The applicant has also appeared before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Thalassery. Hence, the prayer sought in the Bail Application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Bail Application is dismissed.
