O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Crl.M.C., leaving open the option to raise all challenges before the Trial Court. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a Medical Officer working in Government service, and that his appearance before the Trial Court on each and every posting date will adversely affect not only his employment, but also the public who are approaching the hospital where he is working. In the light of the above submission of the learned counsel representing the petitioner, the learned Magistrate shall grant exemption from personal appearance to the petitioner, except for those occasions where his presence is inevitable for the further progress of the trial.

The Crl.M.C. is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforesaid direction to the Trial Court.
