Dated this the 23^rd day of February, 2026 The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to grant installement facility to the petitioner for the payment of the due amount.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the secured asset was sold and sale certificate dated 24.2.2025 was issued to the auction purchaser.
