Dated this the 23rd day of February, 2026 The relief sought in this writ petition is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to make the payment of the overdue amount in ten equal installments and to regularise the loan account.
On 18.3.2021, notice before admission was ordered and the Standing Counsel for the respondents sought time and thereafter, the writ petition is pending without any orders. In such circumstances, the writ petition is closed with liberty to re-open, if any cause survives.
