Dated this the 23rd day of February, 2026 The relief sought in this writ petition is to stay Ext.P6 notice issued by the respondent Bank till the disposal of Ext.P7 representation dated
28.02.2022.
Though an interim order was passed on 3.3.2022 staying all further proceedings against the petitioner till 15.3.2022, the same was not extended thereafter.
In such circumstances, the writ petition is closed.
