JUDGMENT

Dated this the 23rd day of February, 2026 The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of certiorari calling for the records leading to Ext.P9 notice and also for a direction to stay further proceedings till consideration of Exts.P5 to P9 applications by the DRT.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the bank has filed an O.A before the DRT which was decreed and a certificate for recovery is also issued. It is also submitted that the possession of the secured asset is already taken.

In such circumstances, the relief sought cannot be granted by this Court at this point time. The writ petition is accordingly closed, with liberty to re-open the same, if any cause survives.
