Dated 23^rd day of February 2026 JUDGMENT The petitioner is the auction purchaser of a property having an extent of 7.74 Ares in Block No. 82 in Re-Sy. No. 15 of Kottayam Village, together with a residential building thereon, and another property having an extent of 7.20 Ares in Block No. 82 in Re-Sy. No. 27 of Kottayam Village, with a residential building bearing No. XIII/688. After remitting the entire sale consideration, the petitioner was issued Ext.P1 sale certificate. Since the 1st respondent refused to register and enter Ext.P1 sale certificate in Book No. I, the petitioner, has approached this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the order dated 28.11.2025, the sale certificate has been duly entered in Book No. I after making a charge over the property. It is further submitted that the original sale certificate had been produced before the 1st respondent, and the present request of the petitioner is for the return of the said original sale certificate.
