The accused in Crime No.2207 of 2019 of Contonment Police Station, filed this Crl.M.C under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying for quashing the FIR against her.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, submitted that, in this case, the police had already filed a report before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-III, Thiruvananthapuram, as undetected with UD. No.58 of 2021.
In the light of the above submission, this Crl.M.C is closed.
In case the prosecution reopens the investigation, the petitioner could proceed with this Crl.M.C.
