---------------------------------------------

Crl.M.C. No. 6414 OF 2025 -----------------------------------------------

Dated this the 23rd day of February, 2026 ORDER The Crl.M.C. is filed assailing the bond conditions that have been imposed on the petitioner as per Annexure A2 order while enlarging him on parole. In view of the challenge made against the conditions laid down in rule 470 of the Kerala Prisons and Correctional Services (Management) Rules , 2014, I am of the view that this Crl.M.C. is not maintainable.

Resultantly, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed, but by reserving the right of the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law.
