The singular plea of the petitioner is that Ext.P2 pending before the learned Family Court, Ernakulam, be directed to be taken up and disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. We called for a report from the learned Family Court, which is available.

3. It is reported that the matter is next listed to

23.02.2026; and that, based on the counter affidavit to be filed by the respondent, the matter will be disposed of within a period of one month thereafter.

4. We find the afore time frame suggested by the learned Family Court to be apposite.

We, therefore, close this Original Petition, recording the report and directing the learned Family Court to abide by the afore time frame.
