JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers.
“i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 2nd respondent to settle the as directed in MVARP No. 10/2024 dated 08.09.2025 and convene a timing conference, forthwith or at any rate within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court, in the interest of justice;
ii) to issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.
iii) to dispense with the translation of any vernacular documents if any;”
2. This court had passed the following interim order on
19.01.2026.
“The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that for complying with Ext.P2 judgment of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, notices were issued to the parties directing them to appear on 18.12.2025. It is also submitted that further steps will be taken without delay. Post on 09.02.2026.”
3. On 09.02.2026, this court passed the following interim order.
“The learned Government Pleader submits that a timing conference is scheduled on 19.02.2026. This is recorded. Orders shall be passed as directed by the Tribunal either on 19.02.2026 or
