JUDGMENT
The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:
"i. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing Exhibit P5 stop memo issued by the 4th respondent.
ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider Exhibit P7 Form 7 application pending before the 1st and 2nd respondents within a stipulated time after considering the relevant fact of the property situated in survey numbers survey No. 517/6-2, 517/5-2 and 517/7 in Thazhava Village is not included in exhibit P3 data bank.
iii. Issue such other writ, order or direction which this Honourable Court deems fit in the nature and circumstances of the case."

2. When this Writ Petition came up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to consider Ext.P7 Form – 7 application within a time frame.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
4. After hearing both sides, I think there can be a direction to consider Ext.P7 application within a time frame.
