JUDGMENT

The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:

"i) Call for the records leading to Exhibits P-4 and P-7 and quash the same by a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ, order or direction.

ii) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to release the JCB bearing registration No.TN-70-C-2147;

iii) declare that the proceedings initiated by the respondents against JCB bearing registration No. TN-70-C-2147 under Act 28 of

2008 are illegal."

2. The petitioner is challenging one of the conditions in Ext.P7 order passed by the District Judge, Kalpetta, Wayanad. Ext.P7 is an order granting interim release of a vehicle.

3. As per the e-Court Service Website, the CMA in which the above order was passed has already been dismissed because the petitioner was not present. In the light of the same, the prayers in this Writ Petition have become infructuous.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
