JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers:
i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 2nd respondent to immediately implement necessary measures for the renovation and proper functioning of the slaughterhouse, including the activation of all installed modern machinery and waste treatment systems.
ii) The 2nd respondent be directed to secure all requisite clearances and permissions without further delay.
iii) Completion of construction for a modern slaughterhouse within a stipulated time.
iv) Dispense with the filing of vernacular documents.
v) Issue such other writ, direction or order that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, just and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

The main prayer in this writ petition is to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to immediately implement necessary measures for the renovation and proper functioning of the slaughterhouse, including the activation of all installed modern machinery and waste treatment systems.
