JUDGMENT

The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:

"(a) a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, orders or direction directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to remit building tax for the building owned and possessed by her in survey No.2/5 of Kanimangalam Village.

(b) a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, orders or direction directing the respondents to consider Exhibit P8 and issue appropriate orders thereon permitting the petitioner to remit the building tax.

(c) granting such other relief or reliefs as are prayed for by the petitioners during the course of the writ petition and which are deemed necessary by this court."

2. This Writ Petition is pending before this Court from 2016 onwards. No interim order is passed in this case.

There is no representation also for the petitioner. Probably, the prayers in this Writ Petition might have been infructuous.

I think this Writ Petition need not be retained here.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed.
