JUDGMENT

The petitioner would allege that respondents 5 and 6 are holding Government land illegally. Ext.P6 is a representation preferred by the petitioner before the 1st respondent. The same has not been considered so far, is the grievance. The representation is pending since

19/11/2024.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader, this Court directs the 1st respondent/Secretary to consider Ext.P6 representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Needless to say, that the petitioner, as also, respondents 5 and 6 and any other affected party shall be afforded an opportunity of being heard, before taking a call in Ext.P6. The petitioner will produce a copy of the judgment before the

1st respondent, for compliance.

This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
