JUDGMENT

Dated this the 20th day of February, 2026 Government Pleader submits that pursuant to the directions contained in the judgment dated 06.03.2025 in W.P.(C) No.8848 of 2025, an order dated 11.02.2026 has been passed.

In the circumstances, there is substantial compliance of the directions of this Court. The Contempt of Court Case is therefore closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order now passed, if the petitioner is so advised.
