Dated this the 20th day of February, 2026 When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that, by order dated 09.12.2025 bearing No.KR/TVM/4972/260/AB 3(4)/2025-26, the judgment dated 23.01.2024 in W.P.(C) No. 3313/2019 of the High Court of Kerala has been complied with. However, certain disputes are raised by the petitioner.
In such circumstances, the contempt petition is closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for the reliefs sought.
