Dated this the 20th day of February, 2026 When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank submits that, with respect to the loan accounts of the petitioners, namely Kurian Korandakkattu, Molly Chakoolikal, and Xavier Pulikunnel, the loan accounts have been closed.
In the said circumstances, the writ petitions are closed, leaving open the contentions on the legal issues raised and granting liberty to the petitioners to pursue appropriate legal remedies, if so advised.
