IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM
MOHAMMED NIAS C.P., J
LINTO GEORGE – Appellant
Versus
THE REGIONAL TRANSPORT AUTHORITY, IDUKKI – Respondent

Advocates:
For the Appellants/Petitioners: SHRI.PRASAD CHANDRAN
For the Respondents: SMT. SURYA BINOY, SR.GP.

JUDGMENT

nd The petitioner challenges Ext.P5 order passed by the 2 respondent- Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Idukki, dated 06.02.2026, varying the timing fixed as per Ext. P4 dated 23.10.2025, which was consequent to the directions dated 29.05.2025 in W.P.(C) No.19083/2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Ext.P5 revision of timing was done without a separate meeting or hearing. 3. A reading of Ext.P5 shows that the timings in Ext.P5 dated

06.02.2025 were also settled based on the meeting held on 14.10.2025, the same where Ext.P4 was issued.

4. Under such circumstances, Ext.P5 order is quashed. This judgment will not prevent the respondents from effecting any revision of timings, in accordance with law, with notice to the affected parties, if any.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
