JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
“1. Issue a writ of Mandamus, order or direction to the respondents to ensure that the directions in Exhibit P11 with respect to the high range bus stand of Kothamangalam municipality are implemented in letter and spirit.
2. Issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to respondents to take action against the private bus operators who are violating the directions contained in Exhibits P3 and P11 in accordance with law.
3. To grant such other relief's as this Hon'ble court deems fit.”
2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that after Ext.P11, subsequent decisions have been taken, which have neither been produced nor has any relief sought in respect thereof.
Under such circumstances, the writ petition is closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file a fresh application seeking implementation of the orders in force, if so advised.
