This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance with the directions issued by this Court in the judgment dated 01.08.2025 in W.P.(C) No. 3804 of 2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Board submitted that, in compliance with the directions of this Court, notice was issued and, after hearing the petitioner, Order No. M4.13848/2024 dated 03.10.2025, was passed, substantially allowing the relief sought by the petitioner.

3. A copy of the said order is also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, nothing further survives, and this Contempt Case is closed.
