Dated this the 25^th day of February, 2026 Ext.P7, an order passed in I.A No.615 of 2019 is challenged in this Original Petition. The said I.A relates to appointment of Advocate Commissioner to identify, note and report the nature and cultivation in the secured asset.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that S.A No.338 of

2018 itself is already disposed.

Therefore, nothing further survives and the O.P(DRT) is closed.
