JUDGMENT

Dated this the 25th day of February, 2026 The writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent Bank not to take any coercive action against the petitioner’s property under Ext.P2 Advocate Commissioners notice till considering Ext.P3 One Time Settlement application and for regularization of the loan arrears by the petitioner.

2. Notice was ordered on 20.10.2022 and also the petitioner was directed to implead the local branch office from which the petitioner has availed the loan. Petitioner has not taken steps as ordered.

Therefore, the writ petition stands closed, with liberty to re-open, if any cause survives.
