JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is the owner of a quarry, has approached this Court seeking police protection against respondent Nos.4 and 5.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader, as well as the learned counsel for R4 and R5.

3. Though this Court, while admitting the writ petition on 20.1.2023, had directed the SHO to look into the complaint submitted by the petitioner and take necessary action in accordance with law, it is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, as of now, they do not have a licence and quarrying operations are not being carried out at present.

Recording the afore submission, this writ petition is closed.
