JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
“i) Issue a writ of mandamus quashing Ext. P1 to P12 sale notices issued by the 3rd respondent.
ii) In alternate grant breathing time to the petitioner to contest the cases before the arbitration tribunal by filing appropriate petitions.
iii) Issue such other and further relief as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper so as to safeguard the best interest of the petitioner.”
2. The learned counsel for the respondent bank submits that they have no objection to granting two months to the petitioner to clear off the entire liability. This is recorded. 3. It is made clear that if the liability is not settled within the above-stated period, the respondents will be free to proceed further in accordance with law from the stage at which the sale proceedings were kept on hold.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
