None appears for the petitioner and the respondents. The present original petition was dismissed for non prosecution on 05.3.2025. Vide order dated 10.04.2025, the application for restoration was allowed, and the petition was restored to original number. Again, vide order dated 05.11.2025, this original petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. Thereafter again, the original petition was restored vide order dated 19.11.2025. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of either side. It appears that the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this original petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
