This review petition is filed by the petitioners in OP(CAT)No.111 of 2025, seeking review of the judgment dated
06.01.2026, passed in it.
2. Heard Adv. Sajith Kumar V., the learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the review petitioners.
3. At the outset itself we will take note that the grounds now raised in the review petition, were never raised in the OP(CAT) and urged before this Court while considering the original petition. At the time of hearing, the only contention that was raised by the review petitioners was regarding the cost imposed by the tribunal and nothing more.
4. Ergo, we do not find any error apparent on the face of the record, warranting invocation of the review jurisdiction in this case.
Resultantly, this review petition is dismissed.
