JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the

1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application submitted by the petitioner, which was filed as early as on 15.07.2021.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. After hearing both sides, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent/authorised officer to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 application, if the same is received and if it is pending, in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of.
