JUDGMENT

Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P10 revision petition, if the same is received and pending, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and other affected parties, if any, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
