The additional counter affidavit filed by the first respondent is taken on record.
2.It appears that steps have been taken against the encroachers. However, the persons mentioned in paragraph 3 of the report appears to have obtained an order of status quo from the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala. In respect of the persons who are not covered in the said order of status quo, the concerned Grama Panchayath shall take steps for their eviction, in accordance with law.
The Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
