JUDGMENT

This Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT-I Ernakulam to consider and dispose of Exhibit P2 petition, in view of the indefinite vacancy of the bench in Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Ernakulam.

2. Ext.P2 is an application to Lift the Attachment imposed on the vehicle. The said application is numbered as I.A No.647 of 2021. However, this Original Petition was filed in the year 2021 and no orders have been passed till date, although the DRT is functioning with two benches for the last 3 years.

In such circumstances, the reliefs sought for in this Original Petition cannot be granted and therefore, this O.P (DRT) is closed.
