PP.SRI.M.P.PRASANTH THIS CRIMINAL MISC. CASE HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
23.02.2026, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY PASSED THE FOLLOWING:
C.S.DIAS, J.
---------------------------------------------
Crl.M.C. No. 1105 OF 2026 -----------------------------------------------
Dated this the 23rd day of February, 2026 ORDER The Crl.M.C. is filed to quash all further proceedings in CC No.66/2025 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-IV, Kozhikode, which has originated from Crime No.431/2024, registered by the Nadakkavu Police Station, Kozhikode on the assertion that the dispute that led to the registration of the crime has been amicably settled between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent.
2. When the Crl.M.C. came up for consideration on
06.02.2026, this Court had directed the petitioners to implead CWs 3 to 5 as additional respondents and file their affidavits and vakalaths. Accordingly, the case was posted to 16.02.2026. On 16.02.2026 also, this Court directed the petitioners to comply with the earlier order and posted the case to today as a last chance.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners have not complied with the above directions passed by this Court. In view of the non-impleadment of the necessary parties, I do not find any reason to entertain this Crl.M.C.
Consequently, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed, but without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to file a fresh Crl.M.C. on the same cause of action, after impleading all the necessary parties and filing their affidavits and vakalaths.
