JUDGMENT
Heard Sri. N.B. Sunil Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. C.P. Peethambaran, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. There is a delay of 255 days in filing this Review Petition.
3. The writ petition was disposed of on
03.03.2025. A perusal of paragraphs 4 and 5 of the affidavit accompanying the application seeking condonation of delay would show that the delay is pointed out to be “administrative delay”. In paragraph 3 of the affidavit, it is admitted that the judgment disposing of the writ petition was received on 03.05.2025. The legal opinion for filing a Review Petition is delay in between 03.05.2025 to 01.12.2025. Similarly, even after receipt of the legal opinion, the petition seeking review regards the afore delay also.
4. It is settled that each days delay require to be explained in an affidavit filed along with an application seeking condonation of delay.
