JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-

“i. To call for records leading to exhibit p 1 to p3 issued by the respondent and to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing the respondent to not to take any further coercive steps pursuant to exhibit p1 to p3 notices ii. To allow the petitioner to make repayment of the loan amounts in easy installments.

iii. Such other further reliefs which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire liability has been cleared pending the writ petition. This is recorded.

Accordingly, nothing further remains to be considered in this writ petition, and the same is closed as infructuous.
