JUDGMENT Ext.P4 is an application for transfer of registry in respect of the property covered by Ext.P3 Order of the Land Tribunal.
An Appeal carried by the 2nd respondent was also dismissed.
2. Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent would submit that there is no objection, whatsoever, in effecting transfer of registry in favour of the petitioners.
3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader and also the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, this Court directs the Tahsildar, Kochi Taluk to effect transfer of registry in favour of the petitioners, provided the petitioners is entitled for the same, otherwise. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioners will produce a copy of this judgment before the Tahsildar (L.R.) concerned. To ensure compliance of this Order, “Tahsildar (L.R.), Taluk Office, Ground Floor, K.B.Jacob Road, Fort Kochi,” is suo motu impleaded as additional 3rd respondent, on whose behalf the learned Government Pleader takes notice.
This Writ Petition will stand disposed of as above.
