J U D G M E N T
1. The Petitioner filed this Writ Petition challenging Ext.P2 demand notice with respect to the vehicle loan availed from the Respondent No.1 and seeking installments to pay the overdue amount. On 22.01.2026, this Court passed an interim order staying further proceedings subject to the condition that the Petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- within a period of one month.
2. The learned Counsel for the Respondents confirmed that the Petitioner has paid the said amount, and after adjusting the same, the overdue amount as on today is Rs.9,66,143/-.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit to grant twelve equal monthly installments to the Petitioner for payment of the overdue amount and interest thereon along with the regular EMI.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to pay the overdue amount of Rs.9,66,143/- and interest thereon in twelve equal monthly installments along with the regular EMI, starting from March 2026. If the Petitioner defaults on payment of any of the said installments or the EMIs, the Respondents are free to proceed against the Petitioner in accordan
