This Crl.M.C. is filed seeking to quash Annexure II final report in Crime No.155 of 2000 of the Town North Police Station, Palakkad. The petitioner is arrayed as an accused therein for offences punishable under Section 380 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel, Smt. Sneha Anna Mathew, representing Sri.Sandeep T.K., learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the Crl.M.C. is not pressed. The said submission is recorded.

Accordingly, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed as not pressed.
